That means exaggerated products claims and UV flow rates are allowed to continue at the consumer's expense;
now the integrity of the water garden and pond Industry as a whole is compromised and you the consumer is cheated.
Everyone loses.

Emperor Aquatics, Inc. did not receive a single entry for this contest, even though many consumers called with questions.
It seems that The SMART UV $1,000 Challenge Contenders did not want to provide their UV Water Flow Rate Calculation Formula.
Does this mean they have incorrect formulas or they don't a formula all together?

We put our "money where our mouth is" and they didn't prove us wrong.

To be certain, Emperor Aquatics, Inc. has reopened the contest for a Second Round.
We are giving Aqua Ultraviolet, Current-USA and W. Lim Corporation another chance.
